The tour takes you through several breathtaking destinations, making it undoubtedly one of the highlights of your visit to Georgia. While the journey is long (about 12hrs) there’s no need to worry— just bring a cheerful spirit and enjoy the fascinating stories about Georgia that our guides will share along the way.
On the way, we will make several stops. One of them is the Jinvali Water Reservoir, a man-made lake that submerged a village and become symbol of progress and loss at the same time.
Another stop is the Ananuri Fortress, a historic castle complex built in the 15th-17th centuries. It features several structures, including churches, a watchtower, defensive walls, and residential buildings.
We'll make a stop at a traditional Georgian
restaurant for lunch, giving you the chance to relax and recharge before the next exciting activities. We’ll pass Gudauri Ski Resort (seasonal), where you can enjoy activities such as paragliding, ATV rides, a cable car offering stunning views, and more. And, of course, enjoy a stop at the famous Gudauri Panorama, where you can take in breathtaking views.
The journey culminates in a visit to the stunning Gergeti Trinity Church, a deeply spiritual site set against the breathtaking backdrop of towering mountains. This journey offers an unforgettable experience, blending Georgia’s rich history, nature and vibrant culture. Each stop leaves you with lasting memories of this beautiful country.
